Life Update

Hello everybodyyyyy!

This is just a quick post to update you on why I haven't been able to post new blogs recently as much as I'd like to - the main reason being that I've just been very busy! (I know I know, this seems like a silly excuse, but please hear me out 😊)


I finished my exams, and straight away went into a frenzy of graduation-preparation and making the most of hanging out with Uni friends as much as possible before we all go our separate ways forever.

Then two weeks ago I graduated from Durham University with a 2:1 (yay!) which was absolutely amazing and the best feeling in the world - I don't think anything can ever prepare you for that. Then I came home for a week to prepare for a volunteering expedition, which includes staying in Romania for 4 weeks, running a summer camp for orphans and also renovating orphanages. And Romania is where I am right now!

Straight after these 4 weeks I am going interrailing to Budapest, Bratislava and Vienna, and then finally home in late August. So you'll have to bear with me until then, as I won't be able to update  with a proper post until I'm back in England.

Don't worry though, I have a whole list in my little ideas book of what posts I want to write, and I am so excited to do them!

After August I should have all the time in the world to blog, as I will be an unemployed graduate living the high life in living back home with the parents. 😉

I hope you're all well, and that your summers are going great! If my current Romania expedition is anything to go by, I would say to you to try new things, push your boundaries and realise just how strong and resilient you are. Make this a summer to remember 😄
